To be paid by winning bidder, insurance extra. Buyer to pay$6.10shipping charge to lower 48 states. Seller has the sole option to use any shipping company at time of shipment. (ie: USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc). I do most of my shipping by USPS PRIORITY
PAYMENT:
Payments must be received within7 daysfrom the auction closing date unless otherwise approved or we will re-list the auction. Please do not bid if you do not intend to follow thru. We leave negative feedback for all Non-Paying bidders. Winning bidders have the following payment options:

RETURNS
All products can be returned within 3 days of receipt for any reason. A 20% restocking fee applies on all kinds of returns. No exception. The refund will be credited back to the buyer less shipping and handling and the 20% restocking fee after I receive the returned item. All returns must be in original packaging and complete. Additional fees may be assessed for damaged or missing items. The refund would be issued by check only. After the 3 days of receipt, all sales are FINAL.
