PRINT AT HOME! 27 page PDF paper doll! For sale is
an original PDF paper doll called My Favorite Dolls: Schoenhut Paper Doll. This is the third of a new series of paper dolls designed from my own favorite dolls. This subject of the third set of paper dolls is my wooden Schoenhut doll made around 1912.
The Schoenhut Company is an American toy company that was in business
from 1872-1935. They first made wooden pianos, and moved on to toy guns,
swords, cannons, soldiers, boats, Humpty Dumpty Circus, and finally
dolls in 1911. This was the age before modern doll materials of vinyl
and plastic. All of the Schoenhut Company’s toys and dolls were made out
of wood. Also included on each clothing page are "Rolly Dollies"
created by Schoenhut Company in 1902 for small children to play with.
These Rolly Dollies are my designs and are inspired by those sold by the
Schoenhut Company.
The
actual paper doll was created from a photograph that I took of my
original doll and then altered on my computer. The clothing was hand
drawn by me and inspired by original fashions from the time the doll was
made. This paper dolls set is my own original work and is for sale in a
27 page PDF form only and may not be put on other websites or sold by
anyone other than myself. You have the right to print this set for your
personal use only, all other uses are prohibited.
This set
comes with 1 doll, 13 dresses with matching hats and the same dresses
and hats as outlines to color at home! Please enjoy the first of a
series of paper dolls that I call: My Favorite Dolls!
