THIS IS A 1960'S OZZ FRANCA. IT IS IN EXCELLENT CONDITION. IT IS OIL ON BOARD AND MEASURES 36X44. IT IS IN IT'S ORIGINAL WOODEN FRAME AND JUST BEAUTIFUL. OZZ FRANCA WAS A BRILLIANT BRAZILIAN ARTIST AND AFTER SPEAKING TO HIS DAUGHTER SHE INFORMED ME THAT THE PAINTING WAS DONE IN THE EARLY 1960'S. THE DAY SCENE SOLD IN A GALLERY IN NEW YORK FOR OVER 40,000. THIS ARTIST HAD HIS FIRST ONE MAN SHOWING AT A GALLERY I BELIEVE, AT THE AGE OF 11. WE BELIEVE THIS MAY BE OF BRAZIL. ALTHOUGH, HE PAINTED NATIVE AMERICANS LATER IN HIS CAREER THIS IS ONE OF HIS EARLIER PIECES AND I AM SURE YOU WILL SEE IT IS FANTASTIC
