THE HANDCRAFTED FRAME IS DESIGNE TO COMPLEMENT THE SUBJECT AND ANY DECOR. HARVEY'S WALLHANGERS, MISSION VIEJO, CA MADE IN USA." HAS SOME MARKS ON PAPER BACKING. WIINNER PAYS $8.50 SHIPPING.
