This is an authentic 19th century Tibetan Nickel & Brass Buddhist Temple Trumpet used in Tibet by Buddhist monks during religious ceremonies and festivals . I was fortunate enought to travel by train from Beijing to Lhasa back in 2007 where I purchased this beautiful work of art. This magnificent piece is a must have for any serious collector or devout buddhist practitioner. It will look splendid in your home, office or temple. The detail and craftwork on this unique masterpiece is unsurpassed. If you find yourself attracted to it, I highly recommend that you buy it now.

Please note that there is a slight crack just where the mouthpiece meets the stem which prevents it form working. However, it can be repaired with a small soldering job. It was in this condition when I purchased it, and I did not have the piece repaired in order not to alter its original condition. If you like, I can have it repaired before shipping it to you, or you can do it yourself, or you can just leave it like it is and enjoy its aesthetic beauty.
