SHIPPING:
FIXED SHIPPING IS $16.80 TO THE LOWER 48 STATES
Orders are usually shipped on the same day payment is received. If an order is received after 2:00PM CST it will be processed the next business day. We will not deliver to a PO Box, therefore please provide a complete mailing address for prompt delivery. Confirmation must be within 3 days at end of auction & Payment is due within 5 days or you leave me no choice but to request a refund for fees from auction vendor. Thank you for viewing my auction!

IMPORTANT: The merchandise must also be in new condition, packed in its original manufacturer's box and include all original packaging material, original manuals and any accessories that came with the item.
Note: A Return Authorization (RA) is required prior to shipping your package back to us. We will only refund shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.Any claims for damaged items or discrepancies (for example: missing items in your order) must be submitted to us within 7 business days after delivery.You must notify us by either e-mail or telephone.We will not be responsible for, nor issue a refund, if notified after (7) business days.
If the return is the result of our error, we will arrange to have the item picked up via our shipping vendor and returned to our location. We will issue a complete refund including shipping costs, if any. Sorry, we cannot refund shipping costs for Canadian orders.
Items that are returned in unsellable (not "like-new") condition, damaged, or are missing parts will be evaluated and any refund due the customer will be adjusted. Items returned without authorization will be charged a 20% restocking fee. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges. If a package is returned to our location or undelivered by our shipping carrier because the customer refused delivery, a 20% restocking fee will apply plus the original shipping charge. How to return an item Email us at returnscyber@msn.com to obtain a return merchandise authorization (RMA) and the address to ship to. We will issue RMA # for the return which you must write on the box. Packing your return - Place the item in its original packaging with all documents, manuals, parts and accessories. Wrap your item carefully in the original box. Please clearly write your RMA # on the outside of your box.
Shipping your return - If you are shipping the unit back to us on the money-back-guarantee, you as the buyer pay all shipping costs. We recommend that you insure the package and ship the item via UPS or FEDEX to ensure proper tracking of your product. Please keep a receipt of the tracking number for your records. You are responsible for seeing to it that we receive your item back in our location undamaged and in good working order.
Upon receipt of your item and inspection, we will issue you a credit refund. Please allow 14 business days for your credit refund to post to your account.
Our Return Policy at a Glance Products may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of your product's shipping date. We will refund the total sales amount, minus the original shipping charges, handling fee and any taxes. We will only refund shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. The merchandise must also be in new condition, packed in its original manufacturer's box and include all original packaging material, original manuals and any accessories that came with the item. All returns must include a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#). Please contact us at returnscyber@msn.com to obtain a RMA #. PLEASE NOTE: RMA #'s will only be issued for qualified returns meeting our return policies. Items must be in original packaging, in as-new condition with the packing slip, all warranty cards, manuals and accessories. Please allow approximately 14 business days for your return to be processed once it has arrived at our location. When will my credit appear on my account? If you have not received your credit within the allotted time, please contact us at returnscyber@msn.com.
Credit Time Table RETURNS - Please allow 14 business days after we receives your package for a refund to be processed to your credit card. For orders paid with an electronic check, we will mail a refund check via First Class Mail within 14 business days. This time does not include the time it takes for the item to be returned to our warehouse or the time involved to process a claim.
AFTER THE AUCTION:
We will contact winning bidders via email after the auction closes, (usually same day).
PAYMENT:
Payments must be received within5 daysfrom the auction closing date unless otherwise approved or we will re-list the auction. Please do not bid if you do not intend to follow thru. We leave negative feedback for all Non-Paying bidders.
