The Messaging Area is where all Webstore communications between buyers and sellers take place. For example, when a member has a question about an item, this is where those messages can be found.

You may elect to receive email notifications for new messages in the
My Account->Mail Preferences section.

The messaging area can be viewed by messages sent, and messages received.

An open folder icon will appear next to all messages that have already been read, and a closed folder icon will show for unread messages.
