If you have a Autel Maxidiag or Sealey VS series scanner they come
pre-installed with software to enable enhanced features for various systems of
cars, ie Airbag, ABS, Automatic Transmission etc..
The
Autel Maxidiag / Sealey VS range of scanners have software built in which
enables enhanced features on a number of different manufacturers vehicles.
These are normally grouped together so that there is a 'French' (FR704 / VS863)
scanner which covers french vehicles, a 'Japanese' (JP701 / VS865) scanner
which covers Jap vehicles, etc...
The ONLY
difference between these scanners is the software within. By simply updating
the software on your FR704 (French) scanner you can read Japanese cars &
vice-versa.
As
all 6 scanners are identical all but the software, it is possible to easily add
the other software via the PC and turn it into any of the other ones.
The
included software is as follows....Most recent versions avaliable as of Dec
2010...

Maxidiag US703 / Sealey VS864 : Chrysler, Ford & GM
Maxidiag EU702 / Sealey VS8650 : Audi/VW, BMW/Mini, Mercedes, Opel/Vauxhall & Volvo
Maxidiag JP701 / Sealey VS865 : Honda, Mazda, Mitsubishi, Nissan & Toyota
Comes with the latest PC link
software, word document with instructions, OBD software & video tutorials which enable easy
& quick updating of software.
Software
is for the scanners listed above only. It is not compatible with any of
the other Sealey or Autel scanners
By
using this software on other models could damage your instrument.
The internal memory of the
scanners doesnt enable you to fit all the software on at the same time, however
you can upload & update as many times as you require, no problems.
This
files can turn your scanner into a powerful piece of diagnostics equipment,
covering a wide range of vehicles & saving you lots of money on buying all the
scanners seperately
All these will be available to download for buyers!
