This preparation is based on smilax officinalis containing stigmasterol, pollinastanol, sitosterol, smilagenin, parillin and sarsapognin as well as several steroids saponins, including sarsaponin, smilasponine, sarsaparillozide, sitosterol glycoside. It contains high concentration of masculine hormones, androgens imitating influence of testosterone 17B-hydroxy-4-androsten-3-on and Degydroepiandrosterone 1-ketosteroide produced in the zona reticularis of cortex glandulae suprarenalis.
Due to the imitation of Dehydroepiandrosterone this preparation is presumed to increase nitrogen retention by the body and intensifying processes of protein synthesis which results in the increased body’s anabolism.
