  For safety reasons we do not accept returns of climbing protection gear - carabiners, rope ascenders, quick draws, slings, ropes, harnesses, pulleys, ice tools, ice axes, ice screws, active and passive protection etc. Helmets can be returned only if they are in their original packaging and do not have any signs of use.

• In case you received an item that was damaged in shipping or has a manufacturer defect, please contact us as soon as possible. Such an item can be returned within 60 days of the date you received it for a refund of the purchase price + shipping cost.
