This would be a GREAT ADDITION to any Roosevelt Dime collection or investment of graded collections w/COA. The cost to certify one coin is $35 or more each. In other words $350 worth of certified coins starting at a very low price to help your collection or start of a new one. Insurance is 1.50 extra or more depending on closing cost, but it is not required. Only accept Checks & Money Orders. If paying with Check, I will ship after it clears my bank.
