1.) We DO NOT COMBINE SHIPPING ON EBOOKS. No matter
how many you buy, you will be charged full shipping on each !
2.) All Ebooks come on 1 NEW CD... (the CD will have NO labels)
3.) All items are sold "AS IS", unless we mailed out the wrong
item or you have a technical problem with your CD, then
please contact us so we can work it out together & if we
can't, we will send you a NEW CD ... FREE.
4.) NO SHIPPING outside the Continental United States.
5.) We mail out ONCE a week... Wednesday mornings. (If an
item is paid for AFTER 9:00 PM EST Tuesday, it will
be mailed out the FOLLOWING Wed.)
6.) You must have 10 ALL POSITIVE FEEDBACK to bid on our items.
7.) I will combine shipping on CERTAIN items... please contact me before bidding.
8.) We are NOT RESPONSIBLE for UNINSURED ITEMS being
lost/damaged and we will NOT REFUND/REPLACE the item.
Insurance is OPTIONAL, please add $1.80 to the invoice, if required.
9.) PAYMENT IS REQUIRED WITHIN 7 DAYS.
