Item Description

This is a good meter with $10 worth of new batteries just installed. Testing and balancing UHF-VHF broadcast and cable channels , audio and video. Can be used on digital signals to peak signal strength. Digital readings can also be converted to actual signal strength with correct conversion numbers. Meter comes in custom factory bag with neck strap for hands free working. It's small, lightweight and portable in any conditions. Dark smear area seen on LCD screen does not exist on the meter, it's a picture problem.
