On all purchases being shipped outside the continental United States except for Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Virgin Islands, APO or FPO addresses, you may be charged customs fees at delivery based on the policies of local customs agencies. These fees are beyond our control, and they are the responsibility of the buyer. If fees are refused the package may be returned to us, and we may be billed for customs and return delivery fees. As a result we cannot issue any refunds due to refusal to pay customs fees.
