Mark Kazav was born in former USSR in 1960. In 1976 he went to music teachers collage to study accordian and art.in 1980 he began his military duty as a musician in Big Band Orchestra with the Soviet Army wich lasted 2 years. By the 1990s he and his family were forced to leave the USSR as a result of all the disorder and war. They soon fled to Canada . While living in Canada, Kazav had difficulties expressing himself without knowing English. Many believe this was one of his inspirations for painting. The limitless possibilities of oil painting fascinated him and after one year of painting he participated in an exhibition in Toronto and sold out of his works rather rapidly. He sold over 500 original paintings in his first year of actively and quickly began to gain recognition amongst other artist. Mark Kazav produces works with bountiful textures as a part a wet-in-wet technique that captures the essence of subject rather than the in tricacies. His heavytextured works can be found in numerous Corporate and Private Collections throughout the US and Europe.

Return Goods Authorization (RGA) Rules
You must understand and adhere to the following guidelines when requesting a RGA.
Dcandsilver, will refuse and return, at your expense, any item delivered to Dcandsilver, without an RGA number clearly written on the outside of the box.
You must initiate the RGA within ten days of the date of the invoice.
You may obtain the RGA from our Customer Service Department as follows:
Obtain the item listing number for the requested return.
You can find the item number in the original email receipt, sent to you via email following your purchase.
Note that you may also find the item listing number on the packing list accompanying your package, listed under "Reference Number".
If you can not find the item listing number, please provide the name in the BILL TO field and the date ordered. You will enter this information in the "Item"; field on the RGA form
To request an RGA number, please send an email to customersupport@dcandsilver.net. Be sure to include the item and or listing number and a detailed reason for your return request. Someone will respond to you within 48 business hours.
Dcandsilver, reserves the right to refuse to issue an RGA number if it determines that the request return does not have merit.
Once you have received an RGA from Dcandsilver, your RGA number will expire 15 days after date of issue.
If you receive a shipping company Call Tag:
Please place the item in its original packing and clearly print the RGA number on the side of the box.
To ensure proper credit, include a copy of the confirmation emailed to you following your purchase.
The shipping company will typically make three attempts to pick-up an item. If these attempts prove unsuccessful, you are responsible for arranging return shipment.
Allow sufficient time for your item to be delivered to Dcandsilver (five days by Ground or Priority Mail).
Dcandsilver, will attempt to verify the claim after receiving the item in its processing center. If unable to verify your claim or if we determine that the return is not merited for any reason, we will deny the claim and return the item to you.
If Dcandsilver, approves your claim, Dcandsilver will, at its option, repair the item or apply a credit to your credit card. Please allow 10 business days to process the credit.
