THE BOX HAS BEEN OPENED FOR INSPECTION AND NOTICED THAT THE
BOTTOM OF THE SWIVEL HAS A FEW SMALL CRACKS ON THE BOTTOM, BUT WILL NOT
AFFECT THE DOLLHOUSE TO ROTATE. ALSO I NOTICED THAT THE BATHROOM SINK IS
MISSING. OTHERWISE, ALL OTHER PIECES ARE INCLUDED. COMES WITH ASSEMBLY
