REIKI'S FIVE PRINCIPLES KEYCHAIN
In essence, Reiki is spiritually guided life force energy that is a type of alternative healing method. REIKI (pronounced ray key) is a Japanese word that when literally translated means Universal Energy.
There are five REIKI principles that act as guidelines for living life in harmony. Each Reiki practitioner tries to incorporate these five Reiki principles into their daily life in both work and personal areas. If used on a daily basis (just for today) one can't help but grow as an individual. And, since it is everyone's job to advance the evolution of the universe through bettering themselves, these five principles are, at the very least, a great place to start.
Listed for your contemplation are these five wonderful reminders to first see and read, then embrace as your own, and then apply them the best you can throughout the day ... just for today.
The FIVE PRINCIPLES
- Do not be angry
- Do not be worried
- Count your blessings
- Live honestly
- Be kind to all living things
JUST FOR TODAY ...
DO NOT BE ANGRY
- Respond, don't react to the day's events. Rise to the occasion without becoming riled.
DO NOT BE WORRIED
- Everything plays out in its own timeframe. "Can a worry add a moment's time to your life?"
COUNT YOUR BLESSINGS
- Appreciate what you have in ALL areas of your life. What is yours will come to you.
LIVE HONESTLY
- Is there any other way? "Honesty IS the BEST policy in both business and personal."
BE KIND TO ALL LIVING THINGS
- When you see the bigger picture you realize that we are all connected in EVERY way.
