Here are two hard to find Jane Fonda Workouts on DVD. The Original Workout from 1982 and the New Workout from 1985.

The 1982 DVD features a complete two part course: Beginner: 30 minutes and Advanced: 60 minutes. This is her original workout program from 1982. It's an exercise program based on her best-selling book.

The 1985 New Workout is a follow up 90-minute DVD. It features TWO workouts in ONE. It consists of a 35-minute BEGINNER'S with 12 minutes of aerobics. The 55 minute ADVANCED has 16 minutes of aerobics. You can choose to do this on alternate days if you are at the advanced stage. But the BEGINNER'S section is for beginners with at least some physical endurance or stamina.

This disc is Region Free and will play on all DVD players.
