All items are in great condition but for the original mailer envelope. Even so, it is good. Still has it's original 2 cent stamp, etc. One page is actually a double sized type paper and has all the conditions, values, etc. The back has a detailed map. A seperate paper is a "Small Towns Growth" graph for the time period. A cover page from Robert Garrett is dated April 8, 1930 and at the bottom is the section to sign and return if investing.
