Where to rate a seller?
You may rate each item purchased from a seller individually. To rate a transaction, visit the following page in your members area:
Reputation > Rate Transactions
All items which have not yet been rated will appear on this page.
How to rate a seller?
When on the rating form (see "Where to rate a seller?"), you may give each item an overall rating of 1 star (poor) to 5 stars (great).
You may additionally leave comments for each item purchased. When leaving comments please consider the following:
- Communication
- Did the seller answer questions in a timely manner?
- Were the answers appropriate and helpful?
- Item Quality
- Was the item received "as described" in the listing page?
- Shipping
- Did the item arrive safely, and in good condition?
- Would you purchase from this seller again?
When posting comments about a transaction, please try to be brief and factual.
Potential buyers will look at the ratings and comments for a seller's previous transactions when making purchasing decisions. Try to leave comments which describe the points outlined above.
