Item - a piece of hydroplance racing history - the 1969 Hydroplane President's Cup Winner Plaque, presented to Frank M Byers driver of Miss Budweiser H-10 by President Nixon. It was made by Couroc of Montery, CA. 18" x 12.5" x .75" Condition - very good
