Our toy Small Log Truck is constructed of mixed hardwoods and has a natural oil finish.

Our Montana Logging Truck would be a wonderful collectible for a professional logger, as well as a play toy for the older toddler. (For over 3 years old).

Be sure and choose your finish in our Option Box when you order. The oiled finish is Watco oil - child safe. By choosing "Natural" there will be no finish applied.

NOTE: All of our wood comes from USA sustainable forests.

Saw the need for a small logging truck - like the stake trucks and pickup trucks that pass our shop. Our Small Log Truck is just that - a small toy truck that has a detachable load of "real” environmentally friendly Ponderosa Pine logs. These logs came from the 35 old growth trees that were blown down in a severe windstorm this past winter. Small trucks like these are often seen hauling firewood or logs for post and pole fences.

The colored pieces are a waterbase, child safe toy enamel applied by a factory in the United States. All of our wood comes from sustainable forests in the United States. The oiled finish we use is also on the "safe substances" list.
