5. Come on in and get it. Our warehouse has a loading dock and equipment to assist you in getting the item into your vehicle.
All shipping charges are paid seperately directly to shipper.
It
is highly recommended to make sure your item is insured with the
shipper. All items are not packaged and crated and must be wrapped by
the shipper(which ususally is no extra cost). Each item is thoroughly
inspected and photographed in the presence of the shipper PRIOR to
leaving the warehouse. Any damage that may occur once the item left the
warehouse will be the responsilbility of the shipper to cover any costs
to repair or replace.
We
are located in Des Plaines, IL. Please allow 5 business after purchase
for processing and handling before having a shipper pick up. Our
warehouse hours for pick up are Mon, Wed and Friday 10am-2pm only.
Shipper must contact us to at least 48 hrs in advance prior to pick up. ALL
ITEMS MUST BE PICKED UP WITHIN 30 DAYS OF PURCHASE OR A 15% STORAGE FEE
WILL APPLY (does not apply due to shippers time frame) or UNLESS OTHER
ARRANGEMENTS ARE MADE.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Recently
we've been receiving merchandise that is overtstock, discontinued,
floor models and returns. Due to the merchandise being transported
multiple times and not boxed or crated some minor cosmetic flaws may
occur(scuff, small scratch, etc.) We've recently acquired a professional
furniture repair specialist to provide expert restoration. Each item
will go through a thorough inspection and if there are any MAJOR flaws it will be explained in the listing description along with a picture of the flaw.
All
items are sold "AS IS" and if for any reason you simply refuse or just
do not want the item once it has left our warehouse you will be
responsible for returning the item back to our warehouse and a 20%
restocking fee will apply. You will get a full refund for the purchase
price of the item minus the 20% restocking fee and less shipping once
the item has been inspected for any damage.
All
offers will be taken into consideration. Please no "low ball" offers
since we already have our merchandise listed at near wholesale price.
Merchandise must be picked up within 30 days or a 15% of purchase price
fee will be applied unless other arrangements have been made.
