Return Policy
In order to return a product, the customer must contact SINDON69 within 10 days from the date of receiving the item by emailing us at sindon69@aol.com Be sure to include the item number and a description of the problem.
If you are requesting a return for a problem mentioned in the auction, your request will be denied.
No refunds will be given until SINDON69 has the Original Product returned to our distribution center.

All merchandise purchased from SINDON69 come with money back guarantee. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable for any reason. THERE WILL BE NO REFUND OR EXCHANGE ON USED MERCHANDISE. Upon receiving of the item you have purchased if it is not entirely to your liking and you would like to return it follow the instruction below.
RETURN INSTRUCTION: 3
You must return all original factory box, booklet, plastic wraps, any thing and every thing that has been shipped to you and is related to the product. All merchandise returned to SINDON69. for exchange or refund must be packed and insured properly to avoid loss or damage during shipping. Include a copy of the receipt along with a note requesting a refund or exchange. Return the merchandise to the address on top of the invoice.
When returning an item for any reason it is the customer's responsibility to pay for return shipping to SINDON69. All AS-IS sales are final. SINDON69 does not take returns on AS-IS items sales!

We can ship to the continental United States and Puerto Rico only (48 states). Shipping costs are listed on the auction and are based on Packaging, Labor (Handling) and the freight cost. SINDON69 does not allow local pickups. SINDON69 cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, A.P.O.'s etc. combined shipping is Not accepted.
