SHIPPING TO THE USA: items are shipped via Canada Post small packet airmail service. Tracking is not provided with this service. If you require tracking, you must email me for a quote foe expedited parcel, as this is the only service that provides tracking, and it is considerably more expensive. Estimated delivery time for small packets is 7-9 working days, however in my experience it can take anywhere from 5 days to 3 weeks to arrive, depending on how quickly the item gets through customs. Eastern States and APO/FPO addresses seem to take the longest. Canada Post advises that new aviation security processes and clearance through US customs can delay delivery. GUARANTEE ON SHIPPING TIME IS NOT AVAILABLE. I will mail your parcel ASAP, however once it has gone to the post office, I have NO CONTROL over how long it takes. Please be patient and consider this in your purchasing decisions.
SHIPPING WITHIN CANADA : parcels are very expensive to ship within Canada (it’s cheaper to ship to the US !). There are two options for packages larger than an 8x11 envelope and thicker than 2cm: regular parcel and expedited parcel. Both cost the same through ebay. For items that are larger than an oversized letter, the shipping costs stated reflect the price for expedited parcel, which comes with tracking information. I CANNOT SHIP FOR LESS, SO PLEASE DO NOT BUY IF YOU THINK THE SHIPPING IS TOO MUCH.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: Parcels are shipped small packet air mail. Canada post does not provide tracking information for any international packages beyond the USA. I DO NOT GUARANTEE DELIVERY ON PARCELS TO BRAZIL: BRAZILIAN BUYERS, PLEASE BE AWARE THAT PURCHASING IS AT YOUR OWN RISK, AS I HAVE HAD PARCELS TO BRAZIL NOT ARRIVE.
