SHIPPING DESCRIPTION

All items shipped 1-2 business days after payment is received. If mailing your payment, item(s) will be shipped 1-2 business days after your payment clears our financial organization. If paying by credit card your purchase must be shipped to a verified address, unless prior approval is obtained.
We combine shipping charges on multiple purchases whenever possible.
We ship to the Continental United States, APO's and FPO's only via UPS/FedEx or the USPS at our discretion. Not all our products can be shipped to APO's/FPO'S please email us prior to purchasing.

RETURN POLICY
|
All merchandise comes with a 30 day warranty, most also come with a manufacture warranty. To obtain a RETURN ORDER AUTHORIZATION (ROA), you must email us within 15 days of purchase. Non-defective merchandise returns will incur a 20% restocking fee. Product boxes and/or items that have been written on or otherwise marked will not be considered for credit or replacement. Returns must be sent pre-paid All returns must be in there original box, with all documentation included.
All Merchandise damaged during shipment, will be handled thru carriers insurance. You must inspect all packages immediately upon receipt, if visible damage is noticed insure delivery driver is notified. Failure to follow these instructions may be cause for rejection of your claim. All warranty claims on items with a manufacture warranty will be handled though the respective manufacture after initial 30 day warranty.
