Google Base feeds.
Google Base feeds are a method of uploading products to Google which will appear in the Google Product Search catalog.
Google Base Feeds are not required for your items to be included in the Google Search Index: Webstore provides sitemaps which allow Google Robots to find and include all listings in Google Search. Google Robots collect thousands of pages of listings every day which become searchable in Google, but it takes time to index each and every item.
Google Base is a seperate product from the normal Google Search.
What are Google Base Feeds?
Google Base Feeds provide a direct way of notifying Google of your products for sale which become searchable on Google (if your items aren't indexed yet) and also in Google Product Search.
How does Webstore support Google Base Feeds?
Once enrolled in our Google Base program, Webstore will automatically submit feeds daily for those sellers who's items qualify for submission to Google Base. To see if your items are already being submitted to Google Base, and for more information about our Google Base Feed program, please check the Promotional Tools section of your Members Area.
What items are qualified for submission to Google Base?
Google has their own program policies which regulate the admission of products into Google Base. Westore simply adheres to these policies. For more information, visit the Promotional Tools section of your Members Area.
