name of the person listed to the right of the hotel telephone number in
our Directory. This is the hotel management person who signed an
agreement with Hotels Etc. to offer a 50% discount to Hotels Etc.
members. Can I use my Membership Card at all Sheratons, Hiltons, Hyatts, Wyndhams, Holiday Inns, Doubletree Inns, etc.?
While most major hotel chains are represented, this does not mean that
every hotel from each chain is included. All participating hotels,
however, are listed in our Worldwide Hotel Directory, which you receive
in your Membership Package. Out hotel directory is published only once a
year, but our Members also have access to our website where new hotels
are added and updated daily. If I use a hotel chains toll-free number to make my reservation, will they be familiar with our program?
NO, NOT ALWAYS. Some switchboard operators for the hotel chain's
Central Reservation System may not be aware of programs which individual
hotels or resorts within the chain are participating. Always call the
hotel direct and identify yourself as a Hotels Etc. guest when making
reservations. Always present your Membership Card at time of check in to
receive your discount. If I stay at a participating hotel on a week end, will I receive 50% off their reduced or special rates?
No. Some Large hotels in major cities offer special reduced week end
rates, and special packages which include two nights, theater tickets,
dinner, or champagne breakfast. Our Preferred Member discount is based
upon their regular rate, not discounted or packaged rates. Some Week End
Package rates may be a better bargain. Can I stay at a participating hotel any time during the year and still get 50% off? Almost
all participating hotels will honor the 50% OFF agreement for your
entire stay throughout the year, but some hotels do have periods when
they anticipate being fully booked. So be sure to check for availability
dates by calling the reservation number listed.
If I require more than one room, will I be entitled to my discount on each room? Please check with the hotel before signing in. They may have a policy of "one 50% OFF room per cardholder. Can I use my card more than once during the same trip?
Absolutely. Anytime you travel, you are entitled to 50% OFF at any
participating hotel listed in our Members Directory (based upon space
availability). It is always wise to call in advance for reservations. Where can I use my card?
New properties are joining our program daily on a regular basis, but we
currently have thousands of participating hotels, resorts &
condominiums primarily throughout the US and Canada, but also in Mexico,
the Caribbean & Europe. They include a range of luxury,
intermediate and budget properties to suit anyone's preference or
pocketbook. Can other members of my family, or friends use my Membership card? Yes, your Membership Card & Directory is fully transferable to family and friends making it an even greater value. How can I get current updates of the new hotels which are added regularly? Our Members are given a website address which includes all current updates in the "New Additions" category. Is there an annual fee, or any additional monthly fees during my lifetime? No, there is only your one time price for our Lifetime Travel For Half Price offer.
TERMS & CONDITIONS: SEVEN (7) BONUS VACATIONS
1. To be eligible for this offer you must be at least 21 years of age
and gainfully employed. If married or cohabiting, you must use this
vacation together. Canadian citizens (Not Quebec) may choose from the
following locations: Orlando; Daytona Beach; Fort Lauderdale; Puerto
Vallarta and Cancun.
2. This vacation offer provides
accommodations for two (2) adults. Up to two children under the age of
18 may stay in their parents' room for a $10.00 per night per child charge.

When submitting your reservation request, a $50.00 refundable room
deposit will be required. Your $50 refundable room deposit and
applicable child fees must accompany your completed Vacation Planning
Form. Once your deposit and completed Vacation Planning Form are
received, your request will be processed. A minimum of 45 days is
required for processing. When requesting your reservation, you must
choose first, second and third different resort locations and your
arrival date (this is required to process your reservation due to
changing availability).
4. We will not be liable for lost, late,
misdirected, mutilated, illegible, incomplete, lost stolen or destroyed
registration forms. Subject to U.S.P.S. mail fraud title18 U.S.C.
Section 1341.
5. When your reservations are confirmed, we will
prepare and mail a written confirmation, with directions and check-in
times. Please note that while advance notice is recommended,
correspondence is not issued until 30 to 35 days prior to your arrival
date. It Is Important That You Do Not Leave For Your Vacation Until You
Have Received Written Confirmation.
6. Your written confirmation
and two forms of identification (drivers license, for verification of
age, and a major credit card (no debit cards) must be presented at the
resort area when checking in. NO PETS ALLOWED
7. This offer does
not include food, transportation, taxes, tips, telephone calls or items
of a personal nature. Service fees for certain amenities may apply.
8.
All room accommodations are subject to the availability of our room
allotments. During peak seasons, conventions, holidays, or when our room
allotment is full, we reserve the right to substitute a different
premier resort destination. Three different destinations must be
selected, and if your first choice is not available, your second or
third choice will be processed. All accommodations are in a hotel or
motel in the resort area. Check-in day varies depending on location.
9. Cancellation Policy: If you cancel or reschedule a confirmed
reservation, there is a $50.00 fee. If you cancel a confirmed
reservation, we require a fourteen (14) day written cancellation notice
prior to your arrival date. For cancellations without a 14 day notice,
please contact Customer Service at 941-552-5070 from 9-5 PM EST for
instructions. Cancellation notice must be sent U.S Certified mail. If
you do not show up for a confirmed reservation or cancel 72 hours prior
to check-in, you will forfeit your $50.00 deposit. To reschedule or for
information, you may call our Customer Service Department.
10.
In some locations your refundable deposit is issued while you are on
vacation. If you do not receive it while on vacation you can request a
refund of your deposit by mailing copies of your reservation letter and
Hotel check-out statement to us. Please include with your refund request
a self-addressed envelope, which will assist us in returning your
deposit to the appropriate address.
11. This vacation offer is
not valid where prohibited by law. All federal, state, or local laws
apply. We do not assume responsibility for any verbal or written
representations made in conjunction with this offer by any distributor
and/or their agents other than those included in this offer. 12. Two
or more vacation certificates may not be used concurrently or within
the same year. Different certificates may be used 12 months apart. This
offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount.
13.
This offer is not valid for groups. A group is considered two (2) or
more families traveling together or meeting at the same resort with the
same arrival date, using the certificate, regardless of where the
certificate was obtained (no exceptions).
14. This certificate
may be transferred to a third party (prior to booking) as a gift offer
only, providing the terms and conditions are met by the person using the
vacation. This certificate cannot be sold or exchanged for cash, and no
refunds will be issued for any unused portion of this vacation. The
retail value of this offer varies pending upon the time of year and
hotel. This Bonus offer is not for retail sale.
15. You must
select a resort destination that is located at least 100 miles away from
your residence when utilizing your 7 vacations.
16. You must
allow 30 days or more between vacations when utilizing your 7 vacations.
You cannot travel to the same location twice with this program.
Vacations must be completed within 18 months and before the expiration
date.

may use one Free Companion Airfare certificate for each vacation

NOTE! After
researching many different air trips we have found that lowest-cost
free companion tickets were available only 35 percent of the time, and
that 80 percent of the time the free companion prices were higher than
the lowest prices available elsewhere. We also checked several years ago
with about the same results. Much of the time, you can do better by
shopping and buying two of the cheapest available airline tickets, but sometimes the Free Companion Airfare is the better deal.
