Return and Exchange

Your satisfaction is our ultimate priority. Therefore the item can be returned to us for a refund or an exchange within 14 calendar days of item shipped date. Shipping cost are non refundable. Your must request an RMA# before returning items. Returned items must be in their original condition with all original package and tags. 20 percent restocking charge for missing RMA or tags. Please include the reason for a refund or an exchange in the returned package to expedite the process. Package must be returned to Forever Fashion via USPS trackable shipping methods. Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges. Items with no RMA will be rejected and returned to sender
