We normally ship USPS and ship out orders within 2 business days after receiving certified payment. Insurance is offered for $1.75 extra. Please DO NOT place any bids if you do not like the shipping & handling fees. I charge the same if the item is shipped to Iowa or if the item is shipped to California. Please don’t buy anything if you are going to love your item, but complain about the shipping fees later! I will never change any shipping fees later for the lower USA 48 states & I TRY and ship to Alaska & Hawaii for the same shipping charge but that is on a individual case by case.
