KLEOPATRA IMPERRATRIX AEGYPTUS (Cleopatra, Emperor of Egypt), bust of Cleopatra. Rev. RES AETERNA SIGNUM SALUTIS NUMMIS MUNDI (a sign of the eternal salvation of the coins of the world), heraldic eagle and lions. Brilliant Proof. (250-350). The coin has some light contact marks on the obverse. The picture is the actual item(s) you will receive. All orders will ship with insurance or delivery confirmation or both.
