It's not impossible to get that bird out of the large utility roaster, but, sure is much easier when you have the proper tools. These versatile reproduced wire racks will expedite all your cooking needs. Here is your opportunity to complete your large roaster! These (2) wire racks originally came with your unit. These brand new bright nickel-plated wire racks will hold your 16-18lb turkey or large roast (for easy lifting and serving purposes). They also hold up to 8 jars(depending upon size) for simplified home canning. Both the top and bottom wire racks are included and have never been used. The measurements are 13-11/16" long x 8-15/16" wide x 6" in height. A piece of information for anyone that has a utility roaster. Guardian manufactured 2 sizes of wire racks for this unit. They found that when heat rises it cooks your (food) turkey faster so a slightly higher rack is more efficient and that is what we chose to remanufacture. *Please note* Please look for our other current auction for the top and bottom (2) wire racks for the kettle oven.
