The bulletins were obtained only by special request from Guardian Service. The one up for auction is the reproduction of “The Century Food Kitchen Simplified Home Canning” bulletin. This black and white book measures 81/2”x11”, and has 15 pages of recipes that is not found in any other Guardian cookbook. It shows how to use the Guardian food saver (ricer w/pestle), the kettle oven and the utility roaster. This unique bulletin will give you more neat ideas on how to cook with your Guardian Service.
