Pruchase is for one "new" unused goverment surplus desert camoflauge field pack cover, for med/large field packs. Cotton twill/nylon twill quarpel treated(water-repellent). I tried spraying with water but it soaked in. Did read on the internet that you could bring back the water repellent again.
