For sale is an original (NOT A REPRODUCTION) 1946
issue of the Farm Workshop Guide, published annually by The Country
Guide.
The book is 8x10 inches in dimension and contains 148
pages and hundreds of farm workshop projects, complete with how-to instructions
and illustrations. The projects range from large undertakings such as the
contruction of a homemade hog scale to smaller scale jobs such as a fashioning a
prop for a cellar door.
The book is in very good to excellent condition with
no rips, tears, loose or missing pages, handwriting or moisture damage. The
binding is solidly intact. Please note there are three small instances of
articles being removed with scissors. Otherwise this book is
excellent.
There are many vintage advertisements from companies
such as Goodyear, Gutta Percha, Cockshutt, Marshall Wells, Westeel, B.A.
Petroleum, Everready and Red Head.
