Winning bidders have the following payment options:
RETURNS
All products can be returned within 3 days of receipt for any reason. A 20% restocking fee applies on all kinds of returns. No exception. The refund will be credited back to the buyer less shipping and handling and the 20% restocking fee after I receive the returned item. All returns must be in original packaging and complete. Additional fees may be assessed for damaged or missing items. The refund would be issued by check only. After the 3 days of receipt, all sales are FINAL.
DOA POLICY:
All items have been inspected fully before being listed for auction. If the buyer receives the item in damaged condition, please reserve the item in arriving condition and contact the shipping company for filing insurance claim (that is if you had insurance on the item). The item will be refunded or repaired after the insurance claim is completed by the buyer and the shipping company.
