THIS FLO BLUE PLATE WAS MADE IN THE 1880'S AND THE SIGNATURE ON THE BACK IS INPRESS INTO THE WHITE PORCELAIN. AND CANT MAKE OUT WHO DID IT. BUT IN MINT CONDITION AND HAS A ORIENTAL PATTERN TO IT. FREE S&H TO THE LOWER 48 STATES IF PURCHASE AT THE BUY IT NOW PRICE, OTHERWISE YOU PAY.
