We ship via USPS only. Unless otherwise specified or buyer request certain preference. You must agree to pay all extra shipping, handling and custom fees.

All items sold for over $250 require signature upon delivery. Palmyra Productions will absorb the cost.
Insurance is required for all items over $100 and international orders. To be paid by buyer.
Customer will still be responsible for insurance charges with free shipping if they choose to insure the item. However, if insurance is declined, we will not be held responsible for any item damaged or lost in shipping.
We only ship the item to the Verified address that is sent to us at the time of checkout. Please verify the correct shipping address account before making your payment. If we ship your item to an old or invalid address and you are not able to locate the item, we are not responsible for shipping a replacement.
Returns:
You must contact us within 3 days from the date you receive the shipment.
We will refund based on the following reasons

Defective Item
Lost or Damaged during shipment (when insured)
We Will NOT refund based on:
Customer changing Mind
Damaged items via shipping. (uninsured)If insured we will assist you in your postal claim.
Return items must be in original box and include all of the original accessories. Fees will be applied for missing items (adapters, original box, harnesses, ect).
All returns require an RMA (return merchandise authorization) number. Returns without an RMA number may be delayed or returned to the sender, and often will be lost or received as inventory and there is no way of tracking once this is done. Please email us at palmyrareturns@gmail.com for your RMA#.
In most cases refunds are for merchandise credit ONLY. Unless otherwise noted. In many cases we will let you spend your refund credit in any one of our on-line web stores.
All International Sales are final; the return/exchange policy does not apply to International orders, However if buyer agrees to pay for return and reship fee’s arrangements can be made.
All items are tested before leaving our facility. If a return is made a 25% restocking fee will apply. All returns will be professionally tested before refunds are given.
