Mainly silver-toned metal

Large numbers on face w/ large eagle on top
Etched circular designs on inside cover

New Battery
I gave this to my dad... He only wore it a couple of times... mostly had it displayed on his desk.
CONDITION: ~ Gently USED ~ Normal Wear... No noticeable scratches, cracks, chips or breaks.
