Details: This signed original art piece was painted by local North Tahoe artist, Sarah Allen, in hopes to raise funds for her favorite non-profit organization, P.E.O (http://www.peointernational.org/). She
asked tourists in here area what the main thing they thought of when
they thought of Truckee/North Tahoe, and the answer was Emerald Bay.
The shadowy image on the island in Emerald Bay is the famed castle on Fannette Island. Since the Truckee/Tahoe area has so many bears, Sarah included one in
the painting. She also placed many P.E.O. symbols in the painting. How many can you spot?
Dimensions: 16â€L x 20â€H
This painting is continued on the sides, so there is no need to place
a frame around it.
Colors: Sarah used metallic acrylic paint (a fascinating “secret†about
using this in key points is that depending on the lighting the time
of day “changes†because of this).
Colors include Yellows, Gold, Whites, Greys,
Greens, Blues, Browns, Reds, Pinks and Yellows.
