Elgin 15 jewel stem set pocket watch. Watch runs intermittantly. Needs cleaning. The case is a Scepter, gold filled, and warranted. Has initials engraved on back. Case serial number 5472286. Watch serial number 21973456, manufactured in 1939. Watch and case in average condition. Sold as is. No refunds. No returns.
