APPRAISAL WAS DONE ON JUNE 25, 2010 FOR RETAIL REPLACEMENT VALUE OF $413,000.00 USD. THIS APPRAISAL WAS BASED ON RETAIL SALES STUDIES IN 2005-2009 THROUGH SALES IN NEW YORK AND BEVERLY HILLS VENUES. THIS REPORT WAS DONE BY JEM AND COMES WITH THE PURCHASE OF EMERALD.
