- Insurance is $2.25 each item (Optional) - CA residents must add 8.75 % sales tax - Payment must be made within 5 days of the close of auction. If you have difficulties paying within 5 days, E-mail us. - We only accept PayPal. - This Item will be shipped by USPS, UPS, FedEx within two business days after payment is made, usually sooner
Sales & Warranty Terms:
- If you receive an item, which is defective in any way, we must be notified of the situation within 7 days of your receipt. - If your item is refurbished there will be no exchanges for minor scratches or cosmetic defects, only malfunctions. - During the first seven days, we will exchange it. - In every situation you will be responsible for the actual shipping cost of sending the item to us and back to you. - All products found to be not defective upon our inspection will be subject to a $5 per item or 20% service restocking fee whichever is greater. - If for any reason you want to return an item, which is NOT DEFECTIVE, a 20% restocking fee will be charged. Shipping and handling charges will not be reimbursed - All items must be returned in their original condition including: Packaging, Documentation, Warranty cards, Manuals, Accessories, etc., unless otherwise agreed. - Shipping and handling charges are NOT refundable under any circumstances. - Returning a product that is not in resalable condition and/or without a Return Merchandise Authorization risks forfeiture of product. Some items cannot be returned if opened, including CDs, DVDs, earbuds and some personal care items, such as sleep pillows, mattress toppers, toothbrushes, hair brushes, razors/trimmers and epilators. - NO RETURNS without our authorization
