POLICIES:
1.) Every Wednesday is mailing day. Payment cutoff is Midnight Tuesday.
2.) Payment is due within 3 days.... PAYPAL only.
3.) We don't accept returns, we don't offer refunds/replacements. We go to great lengths to make sure our items and their listings are COMPLETELY accurate, so each potential Buyer can feel CONFIDENT when purchasing from us that they are getting EXACTLY what they paid for !! (If your CD has a technical problem, let us know what the technical problem is and if we can't solve it, we will send you another CD, free of charge.)
4.) NO mailing outside the Continental United States.
5.) We DO NOT REFUND / REPLACE your items that USPS loses and/or damages! Please DO NOT ASK US TO. We are NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR USPS' actions. USPS is taking up to 30 days and longer for all 1st Class Mail.
6.) If you would like TRACKING added to your item, please add $1.25 to the Invoice BEFORE paying it ! If you would like insurance added to your item, please add $1.80 to the Invoice, BEFORE paying it !
7.) ALL Buyers must have at least 10 All Positive Feedback AND a Confirmed Address with Paypal to purchase from us !!
8.) NO COMBINED SHIPPING on Ebooks.
