Degenhart Turquoise Slag Lamb In Nest Covered Salt Dish
Unmarked vintage covered glass salt dish
From
researching, I believe this piece is from the Degenhart Crystal Glass
Company which operated from 1947 to 1978. When operation ceased, Boyd’s
Crystal Art purchased the moulds and took over operations, however ALL
Boyd’s pieces are marked
Degenhart
items may or may not be marked with a “D†or a “D†in a heart. Use of
the mould mark “D†began around 1972 and by 1977 most of the moulds had
been marked. Prior to this time occasionally pieces were hand stamped
with a block letter “D.†This hand stamping was started in 1967 and
continued to 1972. Labels were also used
This
glass turquoise slag lamb on nest covered salt dish is in terrific
condition; the split ribbed base has a couple of small rough spots on
the edging where there are a couple of very tiny nicks
The dish measures 5 1/2 inches x 4 1/2 inches x 4 inches high
Shipping
within the U.S. via USPS with Delivery Confirmation will be $7.95.
Insured U.S. shipping is optional but recommended as I cannot control
what happens to your package once I hand it over to the Post Office. If
you would like insurance please include $1.70 in the total. If you would
like me to ship outside the U.S. please contact me for a shipping quote
as international shipping rates will be higher.

Returns
are accepted within 2 days of receiving item. Buyer must contact me at
sanibelsheller@msn.com to initiate a return. Buyer pays all shipping
fees. Item must be returned in the same condition it was shipped in,
unopened or unworn if new etc. Items must be safely received by me
before I will issue a refund.
