You slowly bend down to pick up your player that is now face down against the hard concrete.
As you turn it over, you start to admire the spider web vinyl for your player.
(It's kind of pretty...)
And then you realize that the decal is more than skin deep.
You quickly reach for the power switch and the blue light starts glowing.

Once you have paid, an address will be provided and you will send your player, contact information and details about what happened to your player and the current state that it is in.
Once the player is received and I determine what the problem is, you will be contacted with a repair quote.
No repairs will be performed without your consent.
If you do not approve the repair, I can offer to buy your player for salvage value or send it back to you.
If you decide to have the player returned, you will receive a refund of $10 and the player will be rushed back to you.
I can not refund the shipping amount.
Once the player is repaired, you will be notified and it will go through a complete testing process.

You will be supplied with a repair quote and pricing details before any repairs are performed.
The $15.99 bid price is for labor and the price of shipping + tracking the player back to you.
There will be an additional $10 labor fee if your player needs any solder repair.
I try my best to save all data on the player, but can not be held responsible if data is lost during repairs.
If there are multiple issues with your player or you have more than one damaged player, I will give you a combined deal on the repairs.
I repair other models of players as well.

I found ElectroTechCentral while looking for someone to fix my Creative Zen.
They seemed to know more about these particular players than anyone else listed, so I emailed them asking if they wanted to buy my broken player which I did not have money to fix.
They kindly agreed to fix it at their expense and then sell the player on ebay and split the proceeds 50/50.
The ETC crew was quick and professional and sent me email updates every step of the way.
In the end the player got fixed, sold, and in to the hands of someone who could use it, while I got some money in my pocket.
