This is a previously owned item that was last known to have worked well. However, the image drum needs replacing as well as all four toner cartridges, which are missing as they were removed by the previous owner since they were empty, and recycled for credit on toner cartridges for a different brand unit that is compatible with his Mac system. If not purchased for use, then it would be a candidate for parts or repair. This multi-function unit originally sold for over $1000 plus s/h, and can be found elsewhere online for almost $800 plus s/h. Even with purchasing a new image drum and all four toner cartridges elsewhere online, the total cost for this unit would be significantly less. WYSIWYG. No software is included.
