Our Purchase Terms:
We are first and foremost thankful for your interest and
purchases with our business. When we offer free shipping with your
item(s) it will be standard domestic or international shipping without
additional services such as insurance, delivery confirmation, or signature
required. Domestic USA shipments include all 50 states whenever
eligible via standard shipping. Buyer assumes all shipping liability
once item ships. Avoid concern for your purchase by utilizing the added
services various shipping services offer for your peace of mind. *When
purchasing high end items we require insurance and traceable carrier
service. International buyers assume all taxes, duties, penalties if
merchandise is not allowed, and fees. When an item states “while
supplies last†it is subject to availability as they are drastically reduced
in price, you agree that all monies paid for an item that has sold out will
be refunded promptly by us and the transaction will be cancelled and
considered fulfilled. No further action by either party will take place.
Displayed packaging is only a reflection of the available
packaging we have available for purchase and use in our shipping. We
will pick packaging at random for your purchase. Any products shown in
packaging are not included in purchase.
Payment must be received within 48 hours of auction
end. When combining auctions/buy now won you may combine your purchases
for one single payment. Combined shipping and combined auctions/buy now
have a limit of 5 days from first item won. Communication is essential
in the purchasing process. If you have an issue and cannot make payment
within the allotted timeframe listed above please send us an email or message
via question area and we can work with you. NPB will be reported and we
will utilize procedures provided to us to rectify the NPB actions. Full
payment must clear before any product is shipped. No exceptions.
We accept money orders, cashier checks, cash, PayPal and bank
wire transfer (under certain circumstances). Texas residents please
note there is an 8.25% tax on all purchases.
Please read entire item information before bidding or purchasing
with Buy now option. When refunds are offered they are less shipping
and handling fees. We reserve the right to charge up to 18% in restocking
fees. Any returns must be in original packaging with all contents
included. All returns are at buyers shipping expense. Return
authorization number required on all returns. All refunds and exchanges
or credits are on a case by case basis. Customized items and Made to
order items are non refundable as they have been created or altered
specifically for the client. Absolutely no refunds, exchanges, or
credits after 7 days. We stand by our products and descriptions and will
always do our best to describe in detail each product for your review.
Please note that damaged items upon arrival are not subject to
restocking fees and will be replaced with supporting damage claim
documentation. All items customized or made to order are not available
for refund, credit, or exchange. All Sales Final purchases do not offer
refunds, exchanges, or credits unless damaged upon arrival. Supporting
damage claim documentation must accompany return. Our policies for
returns are stringent to keep overhead costs low to pass on savings to our
clients and to reduce NPB activity. Products listed for purchase will
state which category that particular item offers. All Purchase Terms
include any purchase made via auction style, retail sale, lay way plan, Buy
Now option, and any purchase made through our business. Due to variances in computer monitors
colors may vary. *Actual product and or
weight may vary.
