At Webstore we offer sellers the option of listing your item with a Fixed Shipping Price (same to all buyers) or Calculated Shipping Price (where the actual postage amount get's calculated based on current carrier prices to the buyer's destination zip code).
On the listing forms, in the Shipping & Payment Details section, in the shipping to United States row, you'll see an option for "Calculated (cost varies by buyer location)". Selecting this option will open a new section for you to enter your package information:
In Package Information area, enter the weight and size of the Packaged and ready to ship item. Be sure to include the weight of the shipping container (box, envelope, etc.), any packing materials (paper, styrofoam peanuts, etc.), and of course the item itself. Do not simply weigh and measure the actual item as this will not produce an accurate shipping price.
After entering your package details, click the "Find Services" button to display calculated shipping options. To complete the calculated shipping you must select a calculated shipping service.
From a buyer's point of view: While viewing items with calculated shipping... - If the buyer has a Webstore account, and is logged in, shipping calculator will automatically display the calculated shipping to their registered Webstore address.

- If the buyer has not yet set up a Webstore account, or is simply not logged in, they will be presented with an area to enter their zip code after which calculated shipping prices will be displayed for them.
