BRUNSWICK STEW
3 med onions diced fine
1/2 tsp garlic salt
1/3 cup worcestershire sauce
3/4 cup tsp hot sauce ( or to taste)
1/4 cup vinegar
1 can English's peas
2 cans creamed corn
Juice of 3 lemons -or- 12 Tbsp "Real" lemon juice
3 cans tomatoes
Salt and pepper to taste
3 lbs chicken
1 1/2 - 2 lbs pork
Steam and de-bone chicken, cut into small pieces. Steam pork until tender, cut into small pieces. Mix chicken and pork with all ingredients ___EXCEPT___ peas and corn. Bring to a boil. Turn heat down, let simmer from 2-3 hours, stirring off and on. Add peas and corn, and cook about 25 minutes more after it comes to a boil again and returned to simmer stage.
